Shipping Rates

A flat shipping fee of R79 applies to all orders, regardless of size or location within South Africa.

Processing Time

Each item is custom-made based on your approved illustration. The embroidery process typically takes 7-10 business days after design approval. Once your order is completed, it will be carefully packaged and shipped to your provided address.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2-5 business days depending on your location within South Africa. We use reliable courier services to ensure timely and secure delivery of your item.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey to your doorstep.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently serve customers within South Africa only.
